I think that we care for each other matters the most. That starts with our director. If she (Amy Rosa) didn’t set the tone of the department then who knows where we would be as a department. This year we have had cancer diagnosis and surgeries and the team came together to provide care baskets filled with cards and gifts; really making the person feel special when going through a tough time.
One of the things that I think is great is that we all started out as bus drivers. When they call to let us know about a situation we can relate to what they experienced because we sat in the seat. I have driven nearly every route in our district, as a sub driver, prior to going into the office and I understand exactly what they are saying.
