Todd Livesay, Director of Transportation for Franklin Township Community School Corp, says his team is “purpose driven.” Livesay and his team transport 8000 students daily and he says, “this team has a clear purpose to provide the best for our students and from the top to bottom, every day, they do whatever it takes to accomplish that goal.” Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, Franklin Township Community School Corp has seen major changes in the last seven years due to rapid growth in the community. Livesay says he has also changed as a leader, “I’ve become more of a ‘supporter’ and much more accommodating.” Livesay does whatever he can to keep his team moving forward in their mission to provide the best for their students, he has “learned to think outside of the box to find solutions that work for different drivers from everything from schedules to the routes they are assigned.”
